15.1 Nackadoo Games Specific Terms

15.1.1 Code of Conduct

Your use of Nackadoo.com and Nackadoo Casino requires compliance with our forthcoming Code of Conduct. Violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

15.1.2 Digital Assets (Coming Soon)

We will soon introduce:

  • Digital Currency: A native "Grefuga Token" for in-platform purchases and rewards. Purchases non-refundable; users must secure their tokens.
  • Blockchain Tokens & NFTs: Unique blockchain-based tokens and NFTs. Governed by smart-contract terms and an Approved Marketplace. Intellectual property remains with creators or Grefuga.
  • Non-Blockchain Rewards: Standard virtual items and rewards with no cash value, non-transferable, non-refundable.

15.1.3 Extension Sites

From time to time, we may launch dedicated game- or event-specific websites or microsites ("Extension Sites") that extend the Nackadoo.com experience. Although each Extension Site may:

  • Operate under its own domain
  • Feature unique branding or content
  • Be named independently and launched ad-hoc

...any Extension Site is part of the Nackadoo Games ecosystem and governed by these Terms (notably Sections 5, 6, 11, and 15.1). Your use constitutes agreement to all applicable provisions here, our Code of Conduct, and any site-specific rules.

16. Miscellaneous

  • Assignment: We may assign/subcontract these Terms; you may not without our consent
